Hand made Goat Milk soap now stocked in our store.

Here on the farm we take care of a lot of things every day. From having our hands and arms covered in potting soil to cleaning up after the chickens, it’s no surprise that the first thing we do at the end of a work day is hit the showers. Recently we have had the pleasure of both selling and using a new brand of bath soap, and we were blown away by it’s effects!

Red, White, and Belews (pronounced “blues”) Farm is located in Belews Creek, NC. Owned by Jason & Rebecca Meyer they have been raising Nigerian Dwarf goats since 2015, and the soap we have received from them is made with the goat’s milk produced on their farm. They have a wide range of scents for both men and women, and each one is truly unique. You merely have to smell their soaps on display here at the farm to realize the delicate, intricate scents used in it’s production are certainly inspired.

Unlike other soaps we have tried, national brand or local, the goat milk soap from these wonderful people is both tough and cleansing while simultaneously easy on the skin. It’s a very pure soap, naturally made, and it shows whenever you go to use it. Maybe you have noticed with some brands that you get a thin, oily or slimy residue after using them? It was never something we thought much about until we tried this soap brand. The difference is like night and day. You not only smell cleaner but you feel cleaner too. Even the next day after using this soap, out in the over powering sun, you really do feel a difference. Plus, being made with goat’s milk means this brand won’t clog pores.

Each bar is 5$ and weighs about 3.4oz, and is very dense. We have not had any issues with it being crumbly like national brand “natural” soaps. We currently have about twenty different scents to choose from in our store right now, as well as unscented.
